Hello, for the second time this week 2 customers of mine phoned me saying Internet wasn’t working. All their endpoints were even offline in Comodo One Panel and I wasn’t able to use remote access. Those customers were using Dome DNS protection. The problem wasn’t Internet connection, the problem was probably comodo dns not resolving names. In fact changing the dns setting back to google dns solved the problem. Anyone else with this issue ? Can it be related to the recent maintenance works ?
We have seen this, especially with new DNS look ups but no complete outages yet.
I believe there is a update in this service coming soon so hopefully this will solve the issue
