Event ID Monitoring


I’m not sure why but if i create a monitoring rule to monitor Windows Events I do not get email notifications like all the other monitoring rules i have setup.

so it does show as an alert and the ticket is created under support desk however no email is sent out even though it is set to use an alert that should send an email out.
