FEATURE REQUEST - Ticket forms designated by customer AND form field limit

Would really like to create ticket forms that are only viewable by a specific customer, for example, one customer has a rather complex user entry/exit form that is specific to their business. I don’t want other customers to be able to see or fill out this form when opening a ticket.

This also brings us to the form field limit. It used to be unlimited, but now I see we can only create ten custom form fields per form. Even when editing forms, if I remove a field I can no longer add it back in. Is there a way to allow us to configure that custom field max at the account level somehow as opposed to a hard limit of ten?
