Finding offline devices over 14 days

There’s probably a simple way to do this that I’m missing but is there a way to report on devices that have been offline and haven’t checked in for an extended period (ie. 14 days)?

Hello @novatwin ,

Thank you for notifying us but please reach out to ITarian Support directly via support@itarian.com and they will make sure to resolve your issue as quickly as they can.

@Riley_C Doesn’t the offline monitor only alert if off for a maximum of 1 day? Is there any way @novatwin requirements can be handled by Itarian’s monitor?

Correct. Other than manually checking through all your endpoints, I’m not sure how you’d track orphan devices.

@Riley_C Any update on this?

@Riley_C I haven’t had a response to the supper ticket I raised either?

@nct @novatwin ,

Apologies. We’ve asked our Itarian Support Team for an update as soon as possible.

Looking for the update here

@freddrich ,

Can you please share some additional details with your set-up?

HI @Jimmy , don’t feel additional details are not required, we just need to know if this is possible.

@nct , apologies. As of the moment, we can’t stretch that far for offline devices status.

still got nothing informative here

Hi @freddrich ,

Can you share what kind of report has to be generated based on device status? We have a procedure that would trigger an alert on device status based on network communication that can be downloaded from this link: https://scripts.itarian.com/frontend/web/topic/alert-on-device-status-based-on-network-communication-status
