When checking the head Computers logs (Script Logs) there isnt even any mention of the inventory Report procedure being executed with my most recent attempt.

Does the head Computer always have to be in the Group that the Report is collecting from?

I just tried it in several different configurations, always including the head Computer in the list of Hosts that I want to have included in the Report: It always works.
So it seems the head Computer has to be part of the inventory process for it to work.

Hi,

been testing this procedure and seems to work quite well now. but it seems limited to 20 devices if i run it on more than 20 the report always comes back with only 20 is this how it is meant to work? how can i change it for more devices

Hi @Marveltec

The Hardware inventory Script will definitely work for multiple numbers of Endpoints or devices. It will Generate a report for the selected devices those are online on ITSM portal. So the devices must be online in our ITSM portal.
