ITarian API Authentication and API Customer Creation

I have been trying to authenticate with the Comodo / ITarian API for a long time and I am still stuck. I am using cURL to send the data and the server is not recognizing my cert. Below is the command that I am using. Maybe I can doing something wrong. Please help if you can!

curl --request POST ‘https://api.one.comodo.com/auth/login’ --header “Content-Type: application/json” --user “user:password” --data ‘{“username”: “user”,“password”: “pass”}’ --cert “cert.pem” --key “privkey.pem”

I’ve gotten the following errors:

  • Certificate is not verified
  • 400 The SSL Certificate Error

Hi @cydrogen,

As per the development team, A valid SSL certificate (not self signed) is required to generate authentication credentials for you. As soon as you have your SSL certificate ready, please send it over to me so that I can send a request and have your credentials generated. My email address is ezekiel.aquino@itarian.com.

Ezekiel, I already completed that process. I am just not sure how to fully authenticate. I sent my certificate and have my username and password. Also, I use Let’s Encrypt which renews every 90 days. Would that be a problem? Thanks

Hi @cydrogen,

Please email me your API credentials (username and password). And also, please attach the certificate you are using so that our development team can re-evaluate.
