Hello, is there a way to show offline devices at-a-glance? We get alerts that a device has gone offline, but no alert to let us know it is back online.
As a result we are chasing tickets and alerts just to find the device are back online. Example, intermittent internet outage lasting more than 15 minutes, or a server reboot that takes a while to apply before the device comes back online.
It would be most helpful to have widget on the home page to display the Green-Light, Red-Light status. #Devices Online #Devices Offline , ability to drill down to the asset page.
Alternately, or additionally, a script to alert a device has come back online after being offline for xx:xx amount of time.
