Thank you in advance.

Hello @apanelo

We have escalated your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the requested script.

Hello Harvey,

Thank you for the response here. Please keep me posted with the updates as i really need this scripts.

Hello @apanelo ,

-Update Antivirus
Comodo One Client Security (CCS) that comes with ITSM, auto-updates itself once at system startup and after that once at every 1 hour. This task is automated through Windows Task Scheduler, and the setting comes by default.

-Full Scan AV
Full Scan AV scheduling can be controlled from the ITSM profile that is applied on your devices: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…l#custom_scans
Additionally, full system scans can be triggered from ITSM manually if needed under the Security Sub-Systems > Antivirus Section: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…n-Devices.html

-Windows Update
ITSM already supports Windows Patching. For the moment Updates can be triggered manually: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…Endpoints.html
If you need to automate patching tasks we recommend taking a look at the Patch Management module, which is also part of Comodo One and is offered for free: https://help.comodo.com/topic-289-1-…nt-Module.html

-Disk Clean up
A predefined procedure exists for this task under ITSM > Configuration Templates. It’s name is “Run System Cleanup”. It can be scheduled to run according to your needs: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…Schedules.html

-Defrag Disk
A predefined procedure exists for this task under ITSM > Configuration Templates. It’s name is “Run Defrag on System Disk”. It can be scheduled to run according to your needs: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…Schedules.html

-Delete Windows Temp and Prefetch files
Please find attached the procedures that you have requested ( Clean-CWindowsTemp-Folder.zip and Clean-CWindowsPrefetch-Folder.zip ) in json format.
To import them please go to ITSM > Configuration Templates > Procedures and use the import function.
Always run these procedures as “system user”, because the Logged in user might not have the necessary rights to perform these deletion tasks.

Hi Matthew,

About the Anti-Virus, can you provide me a script on how to scan and update a third party Anti-Virus like Sophos. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you,
Alfie

Hello @apanelo ,

We will need to check first if Sophos supports silent trigger commands. We will advise further on this matter as soon as possible.

Hi Matthew,

Thank you for the swift response. Will wait for your update about this one.

Regards,
Alfie

@apanelo Could you please ask your solution provider if they can share API or command triggers with us?

Hi llker,

Sure. Will keep you posted once I get an update to our solution provider. However, can you please compile all those codes in one Script/Procedure??

Thank you,
Alfie

Hi llker,

Here is the code that provided by our solution provider:
This code is for updating the AV.
Function CallUpdate() dim objALC : set objALC = CreateObject(“ActiveLinkClient.ClientUpdate.1”) objALC.UpdateNow 1,1 set objALC = nothing End Function

Thank you,
Alfie

Hello @apanelo

Thank you for the Information. We will forward it to the team along with your request to have one script with all those functions.

Hello Ethan,
