Fighting with C1 non-workflow principles
Any of C1 module and any part of these modules can be a part of workflow. Be useful if C1 make possible start workflow from anywhere.
Be easiest explain with examples. Now take C1 portal customer list. Select customer and … workflow broken. We cant do something. But if think a bit - wich related objects have customers list?
Objects: tickets, users, devices, quotes, …
Possible actions: new ticket, add device, add user, show tickets, schedule service, …
i am trying to say - put to every record of any module posibility of see related objects and “start workflow XXX from here”.
