Network Traffic Monitoring

Hi guys,

My apologies if i am posting in the wrong group.

I am currently using itarian MSP and would like to know if its possible to monitor network traffic (e.g. smtp, or pop) and receive alerts.

e.g. monitor traffic on Sonicwalls, or workstation,

Unfortunately, they don’t seem to care about false advertising as this is something I’ve continued to bring up. See:

Despite reassurances they have done nothing. Its only gotten worse with the ITarian move, as at least once before when it was C1 marketing they at least changed the wording to coming soon on these features. I love the concept and idea of this platform, but I hope more people speak up that this is unacceptable.

This is extremely bad form. You are marketing the product saying that it has functionality that it does not currently have. The form post says that we are “working” on it, but the site says that it exists. Shameful.

Hi @dhaysley,

I apologize for any confusion this has caused. Currently the feature is in development. SNMP discovery is on our product road-map for short term release, which means 0-6 months from now. After the discovery feature is released, monitoring is right behind it in the development queue. When we have further information relating to this topic, we will be sure to let you know.
