Can you please make sure that you are using the latest CCS and Agent on the machine? Also, do they show as online in the console?

They online at console. Agents - new, just installed from C1

Can you please confirm that the profile has been applied on that device ? To do that check the device’s “Associated Profiles” section and make sure the profile is “Successfully Processed”. Also, check if you have multiple profiles applied with different UI settings.

Yes, I know about profiles. This PC taked back by customer & now I cant check icons again.

So are CCC and CCS icons visible now?
