Some of the agent’s on our computer have disappeared, I am starting to think that some end users might be uninstalling them accidentally. Is there anyway to prevent the agent or AV from being uninstalled without a password? I did not see a way to enable it via the portal.
The Client Access Control enables the tamper protect settings for either or both the communication agent and the AV thus creating a password requirement before making any changes. Once it is set, the end users cannot bypass it. It cannot be set without a “password option”.
I’d recommend you always protect agents and AV we’re you can, don’t need users playing with settings leaving themselves open to the world.
