I’ve noticed a few times for patches that I approve in Patch Manager (go to software, click the box next to one, then approve) do not always stick. If I refresh the page, it turns to thumbs down again. Also if I go to an agent, I can see that patch hasn’t been moved to pending yet. I have to click into the agent, go to the software section then manually tell it to install. Any ideas to fix it?
