I searched and did not see anything like this. So far Microsoft Windows update 1903 is a “download and install” update meaning that it is optional. I would like to see if I could get a script that would automatically start the download and installation process for this specific update. I have tried doing it through the portal but because it is optional it will not let me push it. Is there a way this would be possible? Thanks.
Please refer to this script procedure. https://scripts.itarian.com/frontend/web/topic/install-multiple-kb-updates
Hello @phil.tukey
Did you get this to work?
I am looking to push out Win 10 1903 and wanted to use ITarian and on my time schedule rather than wait for Windows Update to choose the time!!
Wondered how you had got on.
Cheers
Nick
@icteq Sadly no I was not able to get this to work. I am still trying to find a way to remotely push it out. I will let you know what I find.
Hello @phil.tukey , @icteq
Were you able to check the link provided by Jimmy?
If yes, what was the result?
We’ll be waiting for your reply.
Thank you.
Hello, @Vincent_C @phil.tukey
Yes I did try the KB install procedure, it failed but I have not had chance to retry and fault find.
I am guessing the Upgrade to 1903 is a more complex procedure than just a KB install.
I will retry.
Many thanks
Nick
here is what I show when I tried and it failed.

Any movement on creating a script for pushing out and installing Windows Update 1903?
