Recent Performance of Service Desk

Hello everyone,

As you all know, we are working hard to improve our products each and every day. We are happy to announce that we will release a new version of Comodo One platform this Saturday (06/09/2018).

In the meantime, we would like to talk about some recent performance problems we observed on our back-end infrastructure. We are aware and have been working on them as well. In order to prevent them in future, we are taking major precautions.

We are enhancing our architecture to become more stable and reliable. The scope of this change on the architecture includes micro-services to enable Service Desk to work even faster with the new version.

Part of these fixes would be deployed tomorrow with the general release, and we have some other optimization plans during the next week.
