The reporting that you can access by simply pressing “reports” at the top of the screen does not work. I cannot manage to get any of these reports to run successfully. For example, when I run an executive ticket report the report comes back with 0’s across the board as if it didn’t have any data to pull from. Can anyone help me with this?

Reporting is something to be desired with this platform yet. To date, one cannot generate a report of closed tickets for a date range, it simply displays all tickets from all time. Reporting is really the only feature that’s pushing me into the laps of other tools.
Improvements to the reporting function in the C1 platform are in the works and it is part of the product roadmap’s short-term (3-6 months) implementation timeline.
