SD calendar

Cant add event without ticket.
Hours list - it is too huge. Possible to limit it with work-hours?
How add event across 6 mnth, 1 year? Scroll entire year? Be useful “+” numeric field and list “days, months, years”.
No customer or device relations.

"Cant add event without ticket. " - Yes, you can, just don’t type anything in the “Tickets” Field.

“Hours list - it is too huge. Possible to limit it with work-hours?” - Which would be the working hours ? Different companies have different working hours, some departments are even working 24/7. Could you please provide us more details about what changes would you like to see here ?

“How add event across 6 mnth, 1 year? Scroll entire year? Be useful “+” numeric field and list “days, months, years”.” - The date field can be edited, just click on it and add the desired year/month/day, you do not have to scroll in the calendar.

“No customer or device relations.” - You can add one or more tickets to an event of you want to correlate it with a device or customer. If you have other suggestions, please share them with us.

Without tickets…
It is strange… now works…

Hours list - at right put Department select field, and work-hours setup in department settings. Also you may put checkbox “Use department work hours”

Scroll - calendar … For lazy people :slight_smile:

No customer device relations - how about periodically services? For example, we must service MFP every 3 months. Contract - at 3 years. So I should add to SD 3*4=12 tickets and add events to them? I think be much better reverse situation. Create customer’s devices list at SD and schedule services for them. And when we exceed to service day - autocreate ticket for this device for this ticket.
