In the calendar component for the Service Desk, I’m trying to schedule a ticket for 08:00am however it seems impossible to add an event to the calendar before 09:00. The calendar UI only allows you to create an event up to 9, and opening an event via the details window I was surprised to see that the earliest option in the dropdown boxes is 09:00.
My hours are already set in the Service Desk admin panel to 08:00 to 17:00, so I’m hoping I’m just missing a setting somewhere. A lot of my clients prefer work early in the day and that is when most of my service calls are scheduled. It’d be a shame if I couldn’t use the calendar to schedule tickets before 9:00.
