Is the service desk down?
Snap! Wish they would sort this. i’m getting really miffed.
We have alerted our Development team of your reports made and they are currently are engaged in resolving your reported issue as quick as possible.
When SD was down earlier was there an appropriate notice on https://status.one.comodo.com ?
The root cause is being reviewed by the development team and the problem will be solved asap.
Service Desk earlier showed an intermittent status only on some customers. A few reports came in and had been forwarded to our Developers and in turn, they have urgently addressed the issue. We are waiting for an official response for the root cause of the issue and if there was a notice on the status page during the time of occurrence.
