Is there a way to report from the status page of outages/issues with platform? For instance we are experiencing a widespread outage with all platform products on the web but ITSM desktop app is still up at this time, Thank you!
Hello @azon2111, thank you for your input. We will have this checked with our product development team if this is possible.
Get the following error message in the bottom left hand corner of the browser window when I access the Service Status page.
See attached, “Probably bad request. Please see details in console output”
