Good Day,
We are quite new to Itarian and the Service Desk feature, so I apologize if this has been discussed before. A company I used to work for designed their own support desk where you could open a job card at a client and have them sign at the bottom to the work that was completed. Would it be possible to bring a signing feature in on tickets so that you could have a client sign off on it when you leave an onsite call?
