Is there a way to disable the chat window / invitation code window?
Also, is there a way to make the program silent on the workstation?
We’d like to use this only for background remote monitoring.

Yes, we already announced the notification control option on portal. You can control what features should generate a notification for your customers based on company.

We are also working on component control like chat window, tray icon, desktop shortcut. It will introduced on next feature release which is end of July.
