Could you please be more specific about the type of alert you are referring to ? For example, the “New infection detected” alert already has the device hyperlink included, if you click on the device’s name in the mail it will open up the Device’s summary.
If you are referring to the Monitoring Alerts, the email notification will only include the Name of the device that triggered the alert with more details available in the correnspondent Service Desk ticket. Should we understand that you would like to have the device link available for all the alerts sent by email ?

Yes, that is correct, this was a alert for a monitored service, so would like to have the device link available for all alerts sent by email

We need same - posted early about device link in SD. And Default user at tickets also not useful.
