Two feature request's

Hi Here are two feature request’s that will be very useful.

  1. the ability to merge tickets.
  2. Schedule ticket creation on a cycle for instance daily, weekly, monthly, every 12 hours.

We have a voting page including feature requests that you can vote. We have already merge tickets on voting. We will also add recurring tickets to voting page. Moreover, we currently have scheduling for a ticket on demo environment. If you have feedback and questions please feel free to ask.
