Unable to obtain a lock on the ticket

I’m receiving an “Unable to obtain a lock on the ticket” on all of my tickets.

Any suggestions?

In Service Desk > Admin Panel > Settings tab > Tickets please set “Agent Collision Avoidance Duration” to 0 and let us know if this will fix the problem.

Thank you Nick. I can change the field to 0 but it when I change it and save it, the value returns to 3.

Can you please confirm that you are using the Account Admin? If so, can you please try and perform this change with another browser?

It was an issue with Chrome, thank you!
