USB Stick crash machine

Hi I am having to uninstall Comodo One / IT and Security Manager from my machines as every machine crashes when any type of USB Stick is connected. I have tried changing policies adding hardware IDs but the result remains the same. I have also tried uninstalling Comodo using the clean up tools and then reinstalling using a packaged EXE. Unless anyone has any ideas I will probably remove it from our test estate (which is a shame as it has a lot to offer.) This is my last ditch effort to try and resolve this…

@ukeyes
We are sorry to hear about the predicament that you are in right now. Have you checked the Event Viewer (I presumed they are Windows PCs) to see what event logs are recorded during those times the PCs crash when a USB stick is plugged in?

@ukeyes

Please keep the contact with support team (c1-support@comodo.com). I am sure we will fix it for you right after getting the logs to understand what is wrong. This is not a bug that we saw or reported before.

By way of an update… The version of Internet Security Suite that is deployed as a part of Comodo One is version 8 (this crashes my Windows 10 machines when a USB drive is added.) The fix for this appears to install version 10. However this breaks the connection to Comodo One and only the agent appears to talk back to Comodo One, so I lose the ability to centrally manage the AV, Firewall, Device Control etc…etc… Is anyone else getting the same issue? Is there a fix for this? I have tried reinstalling the agent but it still wont talk to Comodo One.
