Is there a way to view/run/end services on a windows machine?
This can be achieved by running script procedures.

- manage service at the endpoint - https://scripts.comodo.com/frontend/web/topic/manage-services-at-the-endpoint (you will need to state the service on the script procedure that you want to START, STOP, PAUSE, RESUME, RESTART, DISABLE)
