Windows Ransomware Protection locked down

We are trying to configure some scanning to folders from a printer. In order to do that we need to adjust security in the Windows 10 Ransomware Protection, however when you open Randsomware Protection, with the iTarian agent installed, we get a notice that it is unavailable. Seems it is locked down? How can this be configured? Thank you

What’s the exact message you’re getting? Is it asking for a password? If it’s asking for a password, please coordinate with your Admin. If you’re the portal admin, please reconfigure the client access control by following the steps from this link: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-786-11186-Client-Access-Control.html

Thank you. Those are useful instructions. In this case, I think it actually turned out to be the client’s anti-virus, not Itarian agent. Thanks again
