I can not continue registering on Itarian Portal

Hello i’m receiving the error showed in the attached image, i can not finish to setup my account.

My account name is sergio.gomez@mx.eurotranciatura.com

Please help me with the issue.

Our back-end team has fixed the issue. Please do the following steps

Step 1: First check that he can log in on CAM using existing credentials:
https://cam.comodo.com/login

Step 2: If there is no success on step 1, reset the password using the link:
https://cam.comodo.com/forgot_password

Once a new password will be set up, try to login here:
https://itarian.com/app/msp/login

Step 3: If there is success on step 1, use the same credentials here for login operation into ITarian:
https://itarian.com/app/msp/login
