New user can't log into Remote Control app

Hi,

I set up a new Itarian Remote Control user today and am attempting to log into the Remote Control app using their credentials and keep getting kicked out with the error “You need to pass authorization to perform this operation”.

I can’t find any info on this error and am not sure what I need to do to get that user logged into the Remote Control app.

Thank you. Deleting and recreating the user fixed the issue.
