I’ve been in touch on the forums and via email. I get one response and then I reply and I receive nothing after that. Itarian said they would work with prospective MSPs to get a fair deal now that Itarian has done a 360 and will be charging. I was proposed an offer, I replied, and then nothing. If the answer is no to my offer or there is no counter offer the least sales can do is let me know so I can go take my future business elsewhere.
