504 Bad Gateway - While setting up Email fetching via IMAP ans SSL

Hello all,

I have been having an issue where Igo through the process of setting up email fetching and after I save its takes a while and comes back with " 504 Bad Gateway". I contact support but its been almost a month and the only development I am getting is it has been sent to back end support.

Has anyone experienced this before?
