A Scheduled PMI Ticket

Is there currently any way for Itarian to automatically open a ticket on a scheduled basis (like monthly) for the purpose of preventative maintenance and the like?

We thank you for this input as it will help improve the usefulness of the ITarian platform for the entire community. The option to automatically create a ticket on a schedule in the Service Desk is already part of the product roadmap’s long-term implementation timeline. We will loop you in to the feature request ticket so that we can inform you of any important updates about it from the product development team.
