Ability for customer to attach file to ticket created via agent

It would be nice if the end user at a customer could attach a file to their ticket they are creating through the desktop agent. Our customers love the ability to right click and submit a ticket. Often times there is an error and they will grab a screen shot. They have to go to the web portal or send an email to get us the attachment.
