Access rights

How, do you can give link to information how to setup access rights of technicians for viewing tickets associated with them?

You can’t give access to an user only to tickets that are assigned to him, however you create Staff Groups and assign staff members to different groups and departments, and this way you can provide access to a staff member only to ticket that are part assigned to a certain department, based on group and department association of that staff member.
