We feel you need to re-negotiate with Acronis to offer their Volume pricing for Cloud Backup. Current price through our CSP: 2.5TB tier is GBP £ 0.088/GB/Month and we are starting to get some serious traction from customers with our pricing based on this. (The 1TB capped storage that you offer is also very slightly cheaper through our CSP - depending upon the $ to £ exchange rate - at GBP £ 0.116/GB/Month currently.)
