Add ability to list and access devices and groups by associated profiles

I would like to be able to view all devices and groups that are by applied profile. One way would be to list devices and group under the profile section. Another would be an audit table on the audit screen. Finally one would be a report that list by associated profile/s

Any update on this? This would be a really useful view instead of having to go in to each group or device and check which profile(s) are assigned.
