"Agent Down" Status

I have a couple of computers that after about 3 weeks went to a status of “Agent Down”.

  • Checked the services to make sure they are running (C1Maintenance & C1Patching) and they are
  • Checked to make sure that Windows Firewall wasn't blocking. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary and even turned the Windows Firewall off to test.
  • Doesn't appear to be a hardware firewall as other computers in that environment/LAN are reporting.
Any other suggestions?
