Agent Options Greyed Out

Hi All, new to comodo one and liking it thus far. Can you tell me if the Agent Options are supposed to be greyed out in my portal?

Could you please let us know what exactly you’re accessing/clicking on after logging into which leads you to the issue described before?
Do you mean the modules? Please advise, if possible.

Thank you!
With our last update, the RMM Agent was designed to run as a service which means it has no interface and it runs at startup. This makes the Agent Settings and Notifications redundant and that’s why they are grayed out but we are looking for a way to re-implement them in future releases.

OK thank you - it would be useful to have some of these features.
