Hi all

sorry if wrong area

can someone advise on MSP and agent roll out for the system? looks like we have to create a separate installer per customer? or is there an easier route?

any help is appreciated

Hi @ashbycomputers,

If you’re looking for bulk installation, the easiest solution is usually to generate a separate package for each customer as this will put them underneath the correct customer in the device list and you can even specify which device group the machines will go into.

An alternative to this would be to create one single package associated with your company, use that package to enroll all of your customers devices, and then move them each to the correct customer by clicking Owner>Change Owner on the device list.

The issue with this approach is that if you were to use the package on multiple customers at the same time, you may not be able to tell which device belongs to which customer easily unless they have clear naming conventions. However, if you were to do the roll-out to one customer at a time and then move the machines under the correct customer before doing the next roll-out then this option would work.
