Agent Update

Hi All,

I seem to have some agents out there on version 4.* and most on 6.* .

Can you tell me how to update the out of date agents please?

I have 110 Agents deployed and seem to always have a probelm with just 1 computer and 2 VM’s that dont automatically update every time there is a new release the computer in question is running Windows Vista Business 32bit and the 1 VM runs SBS 2008 64bit (R1) the second VM runs Server 2008 standard 32bit (R1). I have multiple physical and vm’s running server 2008 R2 without issue so not sure if its a windows version issue as i believe Vista and Server 2008 R1 are basicly the same under the hood

Please collect the agent logs on the affected machines and send them to us: c1-support@comodo.com

1. Navigate to:
C\Program Files (x86)\COMODO\Rmm Agent Service
or to
C\Program Files\COMODO\Rmm Agent Service
2. Edit dbg_config.ini: change Level=7 to Level=15
3. Wait 1 hour, then collect Logs from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\COMODO\Rmm Agent Service\logs
or
C:\Program Files\COMODO\Rmm Agent Service\logs
