Agent Updates

Is there an easy way to update the communication agent and security agent on my endpoints? Also, is there an easy way to tell if my agents are running the latest versions

To update, go to RMM page, open or check the box by the ones you want to update. Then click on install or update additional comodo software, or something similar along the top of the page. Then you just check which software to update, then click the update button. It goes something along those lines, my memory is not what it once was, but I think those instructions should guide you in the right direction.

The agent will auto update. There is an update section in the profiles where you can push out CCS program and AV updates.

As for the status in ITSM look under audit this will show you how many devices are running what version.
