Alert if Server goes offline?

Is there anyway to set up a method of being notified if a server goes offline?

If you could elaborate which ‘server’ you are referring to in your inquiry, please.

If you are talking about your physical Windows servers, go to your profile, open the monitor tab ( if it is not there, you may need to add it through add profile section), create a new monitor, under condition choose device status, and set it up to your desired specs. I recommend setting up a custom alert for it, so you can really feel the power of C1’s customization. It may take a little while to get the software figured out, but once you do, it has some very powerful capabilities.

Im new to the ITSM I dont see where to add the monitor tab.
