So what happened then? the platform as been nearly 100% in the last couple of months. Then the past 24 hour happens

We understand that this unforeseen issue had cause loss of productivity on many. Our Development team will provide a report as to what has transpired yesterday.
Tigase and NFS systems…:(…3rd party software we rely on goes caput…at the same time…then we have to figure out what happened…
we were in the middle of putting monitoring into these 3rd party software to make sure we have more visibility…we should finalize all that by end of the month…its very frustrating when the issue is not the code we write but a 3rd party software we rely on :(…
