when will an android 7 release be available on google play for itsm?

Based on the latest product roadmap we have, official support for Android 7 (Nougat) will be implemented by Q1 2018.

Go to say I love C1, but this is a real show stopper re mdm.

When we follow the URL for the Comodo Client, we get a ‘Your Device isn’t compatible with this version’? Its a MotoG4 Android 7. Any ideas?

We understand that you are trying to enroll your Android device with Nougat. Support for Android 7 Nougat currently shows on the road-map for implementation in Q1 of 2018 and we currently don’t have a workaround we can share. We will keep you posted for updates on this feature. Thank you for your patience.

Hi @AdamD
The ITSM client for Android 7 devices is still not available as of this time. What @StrobeTech is referring to is not the ITSM client but the Andoid mobile app for C1’s SD (Service Desk).

The app in question I said was actually as @Rick_C says the C1 ServiceDesk one.

As of this posting, the C1 Mobile app can only access the SD of C1 accounts that are hosted in the EU server.

That is, ‘one.comodo.com’ is for EU and ‘one-us.comodo.com’ is for US.
