I’ve noticed today that since the 23/06 update, licencing appears to have changed dramatically.
Android devices which were previously free are now being included in the endpoint count which inflates the licence required number and now shows in bill forecast as an overuse/unlicensed devices figure.
Luckily for us we only have a couple of clients that we monitor their android devices simply as an addition for their already licenced windows device. Could you confirm if this is a mistake on the platform or if android devices now require paid licences for EM??
I’ve temporarily purchased some additional licences to reduce the overuse to zero but need clarification so if necessary we can remove the android devices from the platform and stop offering this to our clients.
