I have installed the Dome Shield app on a couple of android phones to test.
Having followed the advice on the web help pages, I have blocked access to the app for a user on the portal by selecting ’ Block '. This works as internet and app access is still possible BUT when you open the Dome Shield app it takes approximately 2 seconds before it is blocked by the portal / policy settings and this allows enough time for the user to tap on the icon and disable the VPN settings.
Is there another way to block access immediately to the app so as to stop the bypass ?
P.S.
This is on a non-Samsung device and so would not be able to use any settings within Samsung Knox
