I am wondering if anyone is using Acronis and if you are what is your experience. I am asking because in my case it has truly been a nightmare, and dealing with itarian support makes is worse. I have 4 Acronis accounts now they all decided to stop working (four different clients, ISP, and countries), ran all the tested provided by Acronis they all passed, contracted itarian support, they tell me i have to contact Acronis, contacted Acronis, the tell me i have to contact Itarian because i am not their partner.
Any feed back is greatly appreciated
