Hi all, I’m going through the Service Desk video walkthrough and it shows the API Keys section. Has anyone used that to integrate in with anything else?

That API is used internally, to ensure the communication with the other C1 modules. Currently we do not provide any APIs that can be used externally, but we have this on our roadmap and it is scheduled to be included in our upcoming release due on Q1 2017.
