We should be able to apply a policy on a company or site level and new devices should inherit that policy unless specifically assigned a different policy.
In addition, we should be able to apply a policy to a device regardless whether it’s offline (unavailable) or in session. In this case, the Applied policy name will show the new policy name appended by “(pending)” to mark it as not yet applied.
